Monday, June 6th ~ The moon shifts into grounded Virgo at 2:21am EST, increasing our need to organize our emotional world. We may be more inward in our expression today and prefer to keep our thoughts and feelings close until we understand them at a higher level. The Sun sextiles Chiron in Aries at 4:44am EST, increasing healing in the physical body. Healing is facilitated through action and movement, and we push through blocks by allowing our bodies to move without restriction or judgment. Dance, run, or do some stretches to engage with this flow. There are no more transits for the day, but we feel the influence of the Sun and Chiron's interchange for the remainder of the day.
Tuesday, June 7th ~ The moon is in Virgo all day, providing a connection and communion with nature. We seek out the Earth beneath our feet and the lushness of green plants in our sights. The moon sextiles Venus at 12:05am and trines Uranus at 10:26am EST, producing a strong need for harmony in relationships. Approaching relationships and plans spontaneously today will be easier than trying to meticulously plan things out. The Sun and moon meet in square at 10:48am EST, and the moon enters its First Quarter phase. We will likely feel impatient to get on with it, and to move toward the next stage of our development. Use this energy to take action rather than spending too much time getting caught up in frustration. The moon trines the North Node at 8:57pm EST, providing support for following our dreams and moving in the direction of positive karmic enfoldment.
Wednesday, June 8th ~ The Virgo moon opposes Neptune at 2:44am EST and trines Mercury at 5:55am EST. This pair of transits opens up the gate to fantasy land, and we may find ourselves getting lost in daydreams and forming assumptions as a result of these imagined happenings. The Mercury energy is positive and helps us have clear, concise conversations that get the ball rolling toward some desired result. The moon trines Pluto at 8:08am EST and then moves void of course for just over three hours. We feel in control and focused, and it is easy to slip into a period of deep concentration during the void. It is a good time for intense study or exploration of a topic which piques our interest. The moon enters Libra at 11:22am and later opposes Jupiter at 8:25pm EST. Artistic projects are favored for the remainder of the day, and we could feel quite excitable during the hour of the Jupiter opposition. Energy is likely high and socializing could feel enjoyable tonight.
Thursday, June 9th ~ The moon is in Libra all day, allowing for harmony and balance to grace us. We find ways to center ourselves and might not notice as many major emotional highs and lows. The moon opposes Mars at 8:15am EST, amping up physical energy. We could find our competitive spirit is high; watching or playing sports or games of any kind can give this an outlet. The moon opposes Chiron at 3:52pm and trines the Sun at 9:56pm EST, officially entering its Waxing Gibbous phase. Childlike enthusiasm is born out of these transits, and a need to overcome past issues by resetting ourselves to the joy of being youthful. It is an ideal day for play, and indulgence of the whims of our inner child.
Friday, June 10th ~ The Libra moon trines Saturn at 8:27am EST, allowing for groupwork to be more productive and helpful than tackling things on our own. Seek to find ways to let every member of the team shine rather than assigning a hierarchy for the best results. The moon squares Pluto at 1:36pm EST and then moves void of course for about three hours. We could feel some creative frustration or a strong desire for control within some aspect of our lives. The void is good for quieting down the mind through meditation, rest, or other peaceful activity. The moon shifts into Scorpio at 4:41pm EST, just before Mercury and Pluto meet in trine at 5:21pm EST. The moon in Scorpio enhances intuition and creates a thinning of the veil. We seek to uncover all that is hidden. Mercury and Pluto have met a few times over the past few weeks in this transit, and it provides insight into the truth of a situation. You may notice your perception is enhanced and small details which would usually go unnoticed swim to the forefront of your vision. Lies are easier to detect under this influence, as well.
Saturday, June 11th ~ We have a full day with the moon in sultry Scorpio, allowing for deep sensual connection and a strong need for intimacy and complete trust and vulnerability. Venus conjuncts Uranus in Taurus at 6:57pm EST, a sexy aspect which brings surprises to relationships. We could have sudden creative ideas or you may decide to change your appearance on a whim. Sudden shifts in intimate relationships bring fresh energy to this sector for many. The moon opposes Uranus at 9:05pm and opposes Venus at 9:15pm EST; we could find ourselves digging in our heels and rejecting the electric energy of this Venus/Uranus conjunction by trying to cling to the way we think things ought to be. It can actually be quite fun and inspiring, provided we let our guard down and release expectations.
Sunday, June 12th ~ The Scorpio moon conjuncts the South Node at 6:01am and squares Saturn at 10:44am EST. This is an ideal day for connecting with the past, whether it is our ancestry and family tree, visiting a library or museum, or sitting for a past life meditation. The moon trines Neptune at 11:01am and sextiles Pluto at 3:33pm EST. We may feel open hearted and tender and yet focused on transforming some part of ourselves at any cost. Lines between self and others are more blurry today. The moon opposes Mercury at 5:39pm EST before moving void of course for under an hour. Much can be said without saying anything; words could fail us but body language and eye contact will tell the full story. The void ends at 6:31pm EST as the moon enters Sagittarius. Here we feel an urge to explore and experience something directly. It's a good night to sign up for a class or book a trip; follow your impulses and inspiration.
