Friday, April 17th - The Aries moon is especially active today. Most of its contacts are pleasant. These include a Saturn trine, which will help increase productivity, a Venus sextile, which encourages positive feelings in romantic relationships and in creative ventures, and a Jupiter trine, which buoys our moods and helps us become both open-hearted and open-minded. Later tonight a Moon/Uranus conjunction will help us break new emotional ground. Others might pleasant surprise you. The only snags you might encounter come in the form of a Moon/North Node opposition this morning, which can show us any emotional blockages we've been refusing to face. These could come in the form of roadblocks, setbacks, or what seems like other people who are in your way. Stop for a moment and consider what about these situations or people is so bothersome. On today in particular it is very likely that the universe is mirroring energy blocks that you have inside yourself. The fastest way to get through any issues is to confront those within you first. The other "unpleasant" aspect comes this evening in the form of Mars square Jupiter. Often this aspect corresponds with low physical energy. Sometimes people get sick during this transit, or feel tired for no particular reason. Low level sicknesses often come as a means to get you to pay more attention to your body and to your emotional health. We are on the threshold of a new way of approaching life. This might be the best day this year to remove obstacles from your life and set forth intentions for the experiences you want going forward. The energy is like a clean slate this afternoon. Any bad habits or patterns can be released with ease. Use this to your advantage! The moon goes void of course right at 2:57pm and will stay there until 5:32pm when it moves into Taurus. Use these two and a half hours to focus on what you like and don't like about your life. There is a lot of magic at work and results could come quickly, even as soon as next week. There are no other major transits today other than those mentioned. This will help keep you focused as you move through the day and dream about your ideal circumstances.
Sunday, April 19th - Mercury sextile Neptune sets the stage for the day. Dream big and don't be afraid to share your vision with others. Venus square Neptune also hits this morning, which can give us unrealistic expectations regarding others' roles in our plans. It's okay to lean toward idealism, just adjust your expectations a little bit. It's true that this week's astrology is extremely supportive and quick moving, but while others may listen to your ideas, they may not give you much today in the way of concrete action. Mercury inconjunct the North Node only adds to this energy. It's a good day to talk and share, but not to work in teams. Moon conjunct Mars and trine Pluto tonight will bring energy and intensity. Many of the intentions set forth on Saturday will begin to manifest today. The sun leaves the sign of Aries this morning at 5:41am and moves into the second sign of the zodiac, Taurus. For the majority of the day the sun and moon are both in Taurus, which makes it an excellent time to spend outside, if you're able. Emotions will be steady, stable and sensual. The moon exits its void and moves into Gemini at 7:28 this evening.
Tuesday, April 21st - Mercury square Jupiter starts the day off. Communication could be a bit of a challenge today. Words and thoughts may not line up. Frustrations could abound, particularly because there are a lot of responsibilities that could emerge today that need proper focus. The key is patience. If you get too overwhelmed with what needs to be accomplished, you will not be able to complete any of the tasks. Take it one thing at a time and you may be able to get a lot done. The Gemini moon makes more people talkative today. Empty or idle chatter could be an issue, particularly when it comes to accomplishing things. Distractions could pop up, particularly for Taurus and Leo. The latter part of the afternoon and evening is pleasant in its aspects, however. Moon and Venus join in conjunction, the Moon sextiles Jupiter and Mars and Pluto join in trine. Romance is highlighted, and emotions move a bit easier tonight than they did earlier in the day. Mars and Pluto will bring energy to projects. It's a good evening for effective leadership, or getting to the bottom of a situation that needs to be understood on a deeper level.

Mercury and Pluto join in trine, which continues last night's themes of leadership and investigation. Mercury will help you communicate effectively in a leadership arena, provided you do so with patience and understanding. Venus and Jupiter meet in sextile this afternoon. This is an excellent aspect for romantic relationships. Warm feelings abound. It's a good time to plan a trip with a loved one. Mercury and Mars meet in conjunction this evening. Conversation is heated, passionate and flows with ease. It's a day of big transits, all which help move things closer to where they need to be.
Thursday, April 23rd - The moon exits its void at 12:26am EST as it shifts into the sign of Cancer. The Cancer moon sextiles the Taurus sun a few hours later, around 5am. This is a pleasant aspect and could get the day started on the right foot. It's an ideal day for working from home, or working on home and family related issues. Redecorating is favored on this day. This evening the moon trines Neptune, which could bring creative inspiration along with it. The Sun and Saturn are in quincunx tonight, which will make it a challenge to get any real to-do list items checked off today. Responsibilities may have to wait until tomorrow. You will have the best luck if you go with the flow and spend time working as inspiration strikes. Family issues could resolve today, particularly for Libra, Taurus and Sagittarius.
