Friday, May 29th - Mercury retrograde is in full effect today as the planet moves into square with Neptune. Conversations could take on a certain amount of confusion and with the Moon in square with Pluto, skepticism moves to the forefront. This could play out in one of two ways... you may actually be lied to or deceived in some way, or there might be a suspicion that someone isn't being entirely honest even if they are, in fact, telling the truth. To navigate this maze of illusion, you will have to be as clear and to the point as possible. Don't read too far into others' words. When Neptune is at its worst, it is all smoke and mirrors. Coupled with Mercury in its present retrograde march, there is little sense to be made today. The moon moves void of course at 4:21pm EST where it will remain until tomorrow morning. Today is one of the worst this week for important discussions with others. Hold off for now, and keep things light, simple and minimalistic. Late tonight inspiration hits as the Sun moves into trine with the North Node. Writing projects could take on new life, or news could come through email, post or telephone. It could be a late night!
Saturday, May 30th - The moon exits its void at 5:34am EST and moves into Scorpio. Yesterday's issues are lightened considerably as the Sun and Mercury join together in conjunction. The Sun illuminates the hazy waters of Neptune and throws Mercury into golden light. As a result of this planetary meet-up, discussions that seemed off kilter or unsettling yesterday could finally make sense. Technology is more cooperative and it's a better day all around for interpersonal connection. The Scorpio moon and Neptune meet in trine this evening. Intense, revealing discussion with a friend, partner or confidante is likely, particularly for Pisces and Scorpio or those with their moon, Mercury or Venus in one of those planets. You could find yourself more empathetic toward others under these influences. As with any Scorpio moon, this is a good time for spiritual exploration, study and ceremony.
Sunday, May 31st - Actions speak volumes today as Mercury trines the North Node. Mercury in retrograde has been quite active this past week and is revisiting stops we saw it make over the last month. This can create a deja vu effect, and you may be noticing that certain themes are replaying in your life, particularly when it comes to interactions with others. Dialogue and discussion aren't as important today, since the Scorpio moon drives us to act as it squares Jupiter. Theoretical scenarios are pushed aside in the place of movement and accomplishment. You may feel confined or eager to expand. The Sun squares Neptune this morning, which alters the mind and consciousness significantly. Instead of fighting it, move downstream and explore the day under this new framework. Move to action and embrace any changes that come about as a result. The Sun and Pluto are in sextile for the afternoon, which will allow you to see things clearly. The day flowers open with possibilities once you allow the energy to move through you, rather than against you.
Monday, June 1st - The moon moves into trine with Venus this morning, creating unions and alliances between some. Priorities come to light and partnerships will either make it through or fall away. The Scorpio moon is all about intense communion, but this can only extend so far and to so many areas of your life. It is a good day to examine what is truly important to you. The moon moves void of course for several hours, from 7:02am until 2:40pm when it moves into Sagittarius. This afternoon the Sagittarian moon moves into conjunction with Saturn, which is continuing its retrograde march towards Scorpio. The union of the moon and Saturn in Sagittarius will create an urge to begin planning and working towards goals that bring more personal freedom and room for expansion. It would be an ideal time to plan a trip or begin thinking of new job opportunities. Gemini may skip the planning stage and impulsively act, which could create a problem if they don't have a backup plan.
Tuesday, June 2nd - The majority of today (until 7pm EST or so) will be an intense Mercury retrograde day. Back up your files and consider holding off on any big decisions or intentional changes until tonight or tomorrow morning. Mercury opposes the moon this morning, which may create snags in travel plans or emotional conversations. The moon squares Neptune too before moving into opposition with the Sun, forming a full moon at 11:19am EST. This particular full moon is ripe with opportunity. Many will find their lives changing course over the next couple of weeks, as things you once considered important fall away in the place of new, expansive ideas and wisdom. The Gemini/Sagittarius axis is one that allows room for growth and a flurry of electric inspiration. This may not begin to take place right away. The afternoon could stoke tempers. You might notice seemingly random flare-ups of anger in yourself and others. Mars and Pluto are in inconjunction, and the moon opposes Mars, both of which contribute to frustration. Vent to a third party, or channel your anger into physical activity. Sagittarius, Capricorn and Gemini (or those with their moon, Mercury or Mars in one of those signs) could get hit the hardest.
Wednesday, June 3rd - Ideas flow this morning. The Sagittarian moon trines Uranus in Aries, which highlights learning, philosophy and the quick exchange of information. Make use of today if you've been struggling with the Mercury retrograde. Despite the fact that the moon is void from 1:59am EST until 8:51 tonight, there is enough of a boost from Uranus to keep technology working well. Data and idea sharing is good; making big life changes might have to wait until tonight or ideally, tomorrow. Things happen quickly today. Sagittarius and Aries don't like waiting around, and may become restless. It's apt to be a busy day. The moon moves into Capricorn tonight, offering help in the way of organization and focus. If you are starting a new business venture, project or any sort of research, major headway could be gained.
Thursday, June 4th - Today is fairly quiet on the astrological front. The Capricorn moon squares the North Node in Libra this morning. Many could find themselves wrapped up in their work or in ideas that take precedence over other parts of their lives. Balance is a little hard to achieve today, but so much progress is made that it is hard to feel too bad about 'missing out' on other things. The moon sextiles Neptune which allows an open, steady flow of creative inspiration. The steady Capricorn moon helps keep ideas grounded in reality and allows the focus and attention to detail necessary to follow through, while Neptune in Pisces reaches beyond what is known into the imaginative sectors of the collective unconscious. Work diligently, but allow a bit of flexibility. Capricorn, Pisces, Taurus and Virgo may have very clear ideas and lucid dreams today and tonight.
