Monday, May 31st ~ Today we have the moon in Aquarius all day, trining Mercury at 7:13pm EST. Ideas are otherworldly and out there. It may be difficult to ground in and get to work; it's a better day for conceptualizing and dreaming. Mars and Neptune are in trine today, perfect at 1:15am EST. This aspect opens up spirituality and allows us to make great strides toward facing karma head on. The Sun conjuncts the North Node at 8:11pm EST, which also supports us in working toward our greater destiny. While we may not check off a lot of to-do list items today, we reach closer to harmonizing internally. This is the first step toward inspired action. The asteroids are quite active today and their transits too numerous to list individually; most notable is the weeklong conjunction of Neptune and Pallas, a great aspect for channeling. Creativity is electric and prolific as long as we lift our expectations of how it should operate.
Tuesday, June 1st ~ The moon is void of course in Aquarius from 2:14am until 5:08am EST when it enters Pisces. Today is emotionally expansive, with the moon and Jupiter meeting in conjunction at 8:04am EST. Feelings flow with ease, and we are likely to be moved by nature and spiritual communion. The conjunction of Neptune and Pallas continues on. The whole day is deeply ruled by the water element. We sink into the dream sea of Pisces, diving into the coral reefs of imagination. We come back with new inspiration and ideas that may be difficult to translate into the confines of physical reality. Sit with dreams and meditative insights; you do not need to act on them right away unless directly inspired to do so.
Wednesday, June 2nd ~ We have the moon in Pisces all day, squaring the sun and reaching its Last Quarter at 3:24am EST. This energy can create a need to release. We may wish to shed something heavy feeling. The Sun sextiles Chiron in Aries today, exact at 7:22am EST. This is a deeply healing aspect that allows us an opportunity to balance our ego expression with the needs of our inner child. The sextile makes this a more gentle process than would be typical. Lastly, Venus enters Cancer at 9:18am EST. Venus is happy in Cancer, a watery world for the planet of love and beauty to shine in. Love expresses through nurturance and care over the next few weeks, until June 27th when Venus ingresses Leo. Many will default to showing their love through taking care of another. Sensitivity expands into a profound, heart-centered vulnerability. Moonstone, seashells, and pink opal all vibrate to this frequency and can help you feel at home here.
Thursday, June 3rd ~ We begin the day with the moon in Pisces, conjuncting Neptune at 12:30am EST. It later moves void at 7:10am until 1:59pm EST when it enters Aries. The first half of the day is intuitive and takes place as though underwater. You may see vague impressions or small slivers of symbols that you then have to translate back down to earth. Once the moon is in Aries, fire cuts through the heavy water and air energy and brings inspiration and impetus toward action. The Sun trines Saturn at 3:05pm EST, which makes us focused and ready to do our work. It's a good afternoon for really buckling down and putting all our energy into a project. Venus and Jupiter are in trine at 7:32pm EST, which opens us up to romance and shared connection with those we love. We may feel expansive and generous with loved ones tonight. It's the last day of the exact Neptune/Pallas conjunction. Pay attention to what insights you've gleaned over the past week. This aspect is famous for channeling and giving us sudden bursts of insight from the higher self and other guides.
Friday, June 4th ~ The moon is in Aries all day, making a number of positive aspects that allow us to feel more buoyant and motivated. The skies are generally quite clear today, with few major, lasting aspects. The Sun squares asteroid Vesta, which can make us feel as though we are outgrowing something that once provided us safety and comfort. Today is a good day for action, whether it is for work or play. As with all quiet celestial days, it's a good time to check in on your own transits, as you are more likely to be able to feel and notice them.
Saturday, June 5th ~ We have the moon in Aries all day, forming a sextile to Mercury at 11:56am EST. This is an aspect which enhances our curiosity and makes us ready to share ideas and emotions with others. Mercury and Neptune are in square at 3:03pm EST, which can activate the somewhat frustrating issues of Mercury retrograde. Communication is best when taken slow today. The more direct you can be, the better. Symbolism and vagueness can result in misunderstandings. The biggest aspect for today however is Mars and Pluto meeting in opposition at 3:44pm EST. This one has been building for a few days and will continue to be felt into next week. Power struggles come to a head. Emotions could flare up in a sudden desire to protect yourself from being dominated by another. Conversely, it can be easier to slip into roles where we dominate others. Imbalances in authority become exaggerated. It is time for something larger to be transformed and overthrown. Oftentimes right before these major changes take place, the injustices become so intense that it can feel overwhelming. It is time to begin to work toward learning these lessons in ways that don't involve such pain and struggle. We can do this by checking and balancing the power in our own lives before it reaches such a tipping point. Assertion of boundaries is one way to do this. Stepping away from those who make us feel powerless is another. Noticing where we make others feel powerless can sometimes be harder work. Sunday, June 6th ~ The moon is void in Aries until 1:47am EST when it enters Taurus. The day is quiet, with only two moon aspects and no other major planetary shifts. We still feel the intense reverberations of yesterday's Mars/Pluto opposition. Please read yesterday's forecast for more info. I will likely do a podcast episode about this transit too. Today's energy is grounded and quite pleasant overall. The moon sextiles Jupiter at 5:32am EST and sextiles Venus at 11:56am EST. The heart opens up and allows in light and optimism. It is easier to align to a vibration of joy today. Relationships are a source of comfort and inspiration. Spending time outside is encouraged, if possible. As we move toward Thursday's New Moon / Solar Eclipse, it will be helpful to soak in sunshine to keep yourself charged up energetically.
