Weekly Forecast: 2/28/22 through 3/6/22

Monday, February 28th ~ We have the moon in inspirational Aquarius all day for an active, cosmically packed 24 hours. The moon sextiles Chiron at 7:07am and squares Uranus at 8:49am EST. These transits allow us to enter a slipstream of healing; we must surrender and fight the urge to run from what we are confronting. Let your emotions out and give them a voice; writing thoughts down or sharing feelings with a trusted friend are recommended. Mars and the North Node enter a trine at 10:33am EST, which is a truly powerful transit that makes us take inspired action toward fulfilling our karmic purpose. You may feel compelled to act in ways that surprise even you, but trust in the process. The moon conjuncts Mercury at 5:11pm and conjuncts Saturn at 9:01pm EST. By taking responsibility for your own emotions and healing, you allow room for new gifts to be received. The moon is void of course from 9:02pm EST for nearly 18 hours. This lengthy void can make us feel like we are on another planet for awhile, especially since the moon is in unearthly Aquarius. Finally, Venus trines the North Node at 10:56pm EST, which harmonically links us to those who can help us on our soul's mission here on Earth. Your spirit family is likely to surround you tonight, whether in thought and intention or perhaps physically as well.

Tuesday, March 1st ~ Today is a very simple day celestially, with only two major aspects. The moon is void of course for most of the day in Aquarius, giving everything a dreamlike quality. The moon squares the North Node at 8:31am EST, which can make us feel resistant and stubborn. Aquarius is a fixed sign, so can dig in its heels when change is being initiated without its consent. The moon is void until it enters Pisces at 3:53pm EST, and we feel softer and more drawn to exploring concepts through intuition and open-hearted empathy. The rest of the night is quiet and provides peaceful rest for those who seek it.

Wednesday, March 2nd ~ We have the moon in dreamlike Pisces today, building toward the New Moon, which perfects at 12:34pm EST. To begin, the Sun sextiles Uranus in Taurus at 12:05am EST, a palpable aspect all day long. This allows for unique ideas to marinate, and creative visions to be unlocked. Mercury conjuncts Saturn later in the day at 11:32am EST, which boosts communication and helps ideas to be received in a clear, concise fashion. The moon sextiles Uranus at 11:42am EST, bringing electric emotions that inspire and shake us out of our normal means of receiving. The New Moon occurs next; a Pisces New Moon sends us deep into our daydreams and into the furthest reaches of imagination. Whatever you can dream up has the ability to be manifested, with all the planets in Pisces right now. This is the start of a new macro moon cycle which will come to fruition during Virgo season later in the year. The day ends with the Pisces moon conjuncting Jupiter at 4:23pm EST. Our hearts open and we feel a deepening of emotion, and a need to share it with others.

Thursday, March 3rd ~ The day is jam-packed celestially, beginning with the major transit of the week, Mars conjunct Pluto in Capricorn at 3:43am EST. This will be felt throughout the rest of the day and into the weekend. This is an intense aspect which ramps up the need for success and conquest. We can use this transit to our advantage by taking its powerful urges and channeling them into our ambitions and goals. Some may feel angry and react unexpectedly if they feel something is standing in the way of what they want. Intense urges could arise. We may also be compelled to alter our bodies in some form to better suit our goals. The day continues on with the Pisces moon conjunct Neptune at 6:37am and sextile the North Node at 11:26am EST. This amplifies the desire to succeed, but in a way that is in line with our compassion and spiritual beliefs. It is hard to "sell out" under these skies. Venus and Pluto meet in conjunction at 12:56pm EST; Mars and Venus are traveling side by side so are hitting all the same transits this week. This one intensifies our passion and lust, and can leave us feeling envious and desiring more control over the outcome of situations involving love. It also increases our ability to transform through intimate relationships. The moon sextiles Pluto at 4:03pm, sextiles Venus at 4:15pm, and sextiles Mars at 4:44pm EST. This trio of sextiles softens the blow of the other transits, but also make us somewhat detached from reality when it comes to relationships and our expectation of them. The positive side is an open heart and expanded compassion. Finally, the moon is void of course from 4:45pm until 7:52pm EST, when it ingresses Aries. This boosts physical energy; exercise is recommended during the void period (gentle, slow, stretching-based) and after the moon enters Aries (vigorous, intense, martial).

Friday, March 4th ~ The moon is in Aries all day, giving us a boost of excitement and exuberance. We feel ready to begin the next phase of our lives, and don't want to wait or be held back by anyone else. The moon conjuncts Chiron at 3:11pm EST; this is the only major aspect today. This brings a strong need to heal physically. Consider if anything ails you on your physical body and spend time working with it today. Slowing down to care for yourself could feel counterintuitive under this Aries moon, but understand you can accomplish much more if you take the time now.

Saturday, March 5th ~ The moon is in fiery Aries all day, boosting our independence and curiosity about the world around us. The moon sextiles Saturn at 6:55am EST, which allows for increased focus and an urge to take charge and accept responsibility. The Sun conjuncts Jupiter in Pisces at 9:06am EST, a transit which we feel all day. This is a beautiful aspect which expands our concept of self and allows it to merge with the infinite. We may feel more interconnected with the beings of the universe, and feel as though we are expanding in our idea of what is possible. The moon sextiles Mercury at 2:49pm EST, increasing our wit and desire to explore concepts through conversation with others. The moon squares Pluto at 11:01pm EST before moving void of course until tomorrow. This can open up some frustrations; we may resent having to be under the watchful eye of time. Time creates a sense of unease. The void is a good time for meditation and deep breathing.

Sunday, March 6th ~ We begin with Mars entering Aquarius at 1:22am, and Venus creeping ever steadily behind to enter Aquarius at 1:29am EST. Their conjunctions comes about a half hour later, at 2:12am EST, during the moon's void period. This conjunction and pair of ingresses increases passion and desire. We feel turned on by the minds and ideas of others rather than base physical sensations. These might be intriguing too, but only if we connect with the person's mind first. Venus and Mars conjunct brings a melding of dualities inside us, the idea of yin and yang, receptive vs active. The moon's void ends at 2:59am EST as it enters Taurus. It promptly squares Mars and Venus at 3:05am and 3:06am EST respectively. This adds some tension and emotional buildup; we seek a suitable balance for our own energy and could feel frustration if we're unable to come across it. Mercury squares the North Node of the moon at 12:15pm EST. It could be difficult to envision the next step of your process toward a large goal. Logic won't approach it correctly; it is better, at least today, to focus on feeling and intention rather than the "how".
