Monday, March 7th ~ Today we have the moon in grounded Taurus all day; our senses delight and ensnare us as we take in the world all around. The moon conjuncts Uranus at 1:37am and sextiles Jupiter at 8:49am EST. These transits expand our emotions and allow us to see things from a new point of view. We may find our feelings somewhat exaggerated. The Sun and Moon sextile and usher in the moon's Waxing Crescent phase at 12:02pm EST. Beginning a long journey with a single step, we feel ready to take on the next stage of a goal we can now envision taking form in the physical world. The moon squares Saturn at 4:55pm and sextiles Neptune at 11:02pm EST. These final transits see us avoiding work and taking off into mystical vistas. It's a nice night for deep meditation and exploration of dreams.
Tuesday, March 8th ~ The Taurus moon enters a conjunction with its North Node at 3:20am EST to kick off the day. We are inspired to take tangible action toward our karmic path today; this differs from regular goals in that it could be entirely internal. The moon squares Mercury and trines Pluto at 9:34am EST; much of the work is going on inside of us and we may not be ready to involve others or share. The moon is void of course from 9:35am until 1:39pm EST, when it enters Gemini. We emerge from this period feeling more social. Words and witty banter fly overhead like a swarm of butterflies. The moon trines Mars at 5:40pm and then trines Venus at 6:27pm EST. We enjoy conversing with a loved one and feel anticipation build toward something about to come to fruition.
Wednesday, March 9th ~ The moon is in Gemini all day, sextiling Chiron at 11:50am EST and ushering in a desire to communicate with others and to soak up knowledge that can assist us with healing. We might look for ways to heal ourselves physically or emotionally, or else use our energy to direct it to one who needs it more. Mercury enters Pisces tonight at 8:32pm EST, where it will be until March 27th. Here, we use our imaginations with more ease. Ideas flow in dreams and in spaces where we are detached from our every day realities. Meditation offers insight and inspiration. We may notice a deeper level of compassion in our speaking; if not, introducing this will bring better results during this period. Finally, the moon squares Jupiter at 10:06pm EST and brings a strong desire to know all we can about something. We may have an almost compulsive urge to study and expand our depth of understanding on a subject which intrigues us.
Thursday, March 10th ~ The Gemini moon squares the Sun at 5:45am EST to kick off the day. This ushers in the moon's First Quarter phase, bringing a strong desire for knowledge. We seek to soak up information that we can use to assist us in moving ever closer toward personal evolution. The moon trines Saturn at 5:47am and squares Neptune at 11:42am EST before moving void of course for the remainder of the day. We become serious minded in our dealings with others, and aim to uplift and bring joy through communication and undivided attention. The void period lasts for almost fifteen hours, which serves as a rabbit hole of sorts. It is easy to get lost in thought or in dazzling daydreams under today's skies.
Friday, March 11th ~ The moon enters Cancer early today at 2:24am EST. It is at home here in this sign and brings a feeling of warmth and tenderness to those who are sensitive to feel it. The moon trines Mercury at 7:00am EST, which aids communication and allows for deep discussion of feelings and intentions. Asteroid Sappho ingresses Taurus today (where it will be until May 3rd), while asteroid Vesta enters Aquarius (here until May 24th). Sappho rules over poetry and language; in Taurus we see increased power when it comes to getting words down on paper. Vesta rules over domestic life and our home; in Aquarius there are likely to be significant shifts here. Any disputes in the home are best solved by taking a big picture look during this time. Using an objective lens allows for speedy resolution and a better situation for all involved.
Saturday, March 12th ~ The moon is in its domicile of Cancer all day today, remaining fairly active as it traverses the skies. The moon squares Chiron at 12:57am and sextiles Uranus at 2:37am EST. These transits produce a spontaneous attitude and desire to overcome fear by direct confrontation. The moon continues on by trining Jupiter at 12:06pm EST, which adds to the adventurous energy of the day. We may find it more satisfying to explore with someone close to us, rather than on independent jaunts. The Cancer moon prefers close company to solitude, and solitude to idle companionship. The moon trines the Sun at 11:52pm EST tonight, which begins the moon's Waxing Gibbous phase. This is a time of increased optimism and energy, which can leave us feeling more wired than normal. We may stay up late or have unusually active dreams.

The answer may surprise you, and keep growing and shifting the longer you ponder it. Veils are thin today which provides room for fantastical, higher explorations. The Sun conjuncts Neptune at 7:42am EST in the sign of Pisces, which enhances compassion and loving awareness. We may seek out ways to deeply merge with others, riding waves of communion. The moon opposes Pluto at 11:44am EST, and then moves void of course for almost four hours. Power struggles will feel especially strange today; today's energy supports laying down the ego in favor of harmony. The moon is void until 3:31pm EST when it shifts into Leo. This brings a desire to create and share, while still carrying the imaginative gifts of the Sun/Neptune transit, which can be felt all day long.
