Monday, November 30th ~ Today is quite a wild day in the cosmos! We begin with a Full Moon in Gemini, which perfected at 4:29am EST. This is followed up by a Lunar Eclipse at 4:42am EST. The potent energy here brings us to the end of a moon rhythm which began on May 22nd during the Gemini new moon. During new moons, we work with the energy of Dissolution (dissolving, removing, shedding) and during full moons we work with the energy of Creation (birthing, harvesting, collecting). During the two weeks between a new and full moon, we do this on a more minor microcosmic scale, but from the New Moon in one sign to the Full Moon in that same sign, we can bring about great changes and shifts. This particular six month cycle, under the curious sparkle of Gemini, today we reap the harvest we put into play back in May. In Gemini, this often relates to friendship, communication, technology, and learning. In addition to all that wild Lunar Eclipse / Full Moon energy, Mercury is very active and makes a sextile to Saturn at 2:00pm EST and a sextile to asteroid Pallas which we feel for most of the day. These Mercurial transits happening while the moon is in Gemini, Mercury's domain, only strengthen them. A lot can get done under these transits. We may find it easier to accomplish our goals and connect to our higher creative intellect. The moon goes void at 11:22pm EST; this will be a lengthy void period. Tuesday, December 1st ~ Mercury moves into Sagittarius today at 2:50pm EST. This is not Mercury's favorite; it is considered debilitated here in the sign of the archer. Sagittarius is all about expansiveness, and would rather cover many interests and areas rather than focus in. This can leave our thought processes a little scattered and we may find it more challenging to work on just one thing. However, it is a great placement for making connections which could come into play later on. Mercury will be here in Sagittarius until December 20th. The moon is in Gemini, void all day until 10:33pm EST when it enters Cancer. This lengthy void period leaves our minds wandering a bit. We may feel curious and stimulated by intellectual ideas and concepts, but uninterested in practical application. Mars is sextile asteroid Psyche all day (lasting through the 3rd), while Saturn moves into exact conjunction with asteroid Pallas today, a transit which will last through the 4th. We will dive into these aspects more tomorrow. For now, just know that you can make great strides toward goals with a little intention. Consider setting your own intentions tonight; focus more on the feeling you are looking to bring in rather than the specifics if you are able.
Wednesday, December 2nd ~ The Moon is at home in Cancer all day. It is easier to tap into our emotions. Those with water sign moons will probably be super-empaths today and tomorrow. Mars is sextile asteroid Psyche today and tomorrow; Saturn is in exact conjunction with asteroid Pallas for the next three days. The Mars/Psyche sextile is almost warlike in its expression, as it gives us the ability to strategize and fight for ourselves and others. Mental troubles can be soothed and remedied by physical exercise and movement during this transit. The Saturn/Pallas conjunction gives us the best of two worlds: the determination and discernment of Saturn, and the creativity and connection to divine source of Pallas. In Capricorn, it is possible to monetize our creations, or set ourselves up for this down the line.
Thursday, December 3rd ~ Today is almost a repeat of yesterday, as we have all the same transits. The moon remains in Cancer, and the Mars/Psyche sextile and Saturn/Pallas conjunction roll on. Read yesterday's horoscope for more insight. The only new ingredient in the mix is Venus moving into sextile with asteroid Vesta. I would describe this as an ideal day for home decorating, or harmonizing your home situation. Cleaning, reorganizing, or adorning your space for the holidays are some ways you could work with this transit. Inviting love and gratitude into your home through quiet meditation is another way to direct the energy.
Friday, December 4th ~ The Cancer moon is void of course from 5:29am until 7:53am EST, when it shifts into Leo. The day is a bit more dramatic and theatrical under the sign of the lion. Allow yourself to share freely. Mercury in Sagittarius moves into trine with Chiron in Aries at 7:39pm EST. We heal ourselves and others through communication today. The trine ensures this work is positive, and maybe even a little fun? The word of the day is Expression. Saturn and Pallas are in conjunction still until tomorrow, which gives us the discipline to make our higher ideas a tangible, physical reality. This may not manifest overnight, but the bricks you lay now will create a beautiful foundation for an amazing structure down the line.
Saturday, December 5th ~ The Moon is in Leo all day. We may feel more generous of heart and enjoy lavishing loved ones with attention, gifts, or food. (This can also be directed at yourself!). The Moon is void of course beginning at 5:28pm EST until tomorrow afternoon. You may need to let go of your ideas about what the night will bring, as things could be a little less showy or dramatic than we anticipate. Try to find what is good in what you have. Venus and Neptune meet in trine at 11:52pm EST, a gentle and harmonious aspect for lovers, poets, and artists. Express your tenderness and let it shine. We feel this all evening and into tomorrow morning. Dreams could be very lucid and lovely.
Sunday, December 6th ~ Today the moon is void of course until 2:47pm EST, when it enters Virgo. The morning has a slow start and we could enjoy turning off our brains for a bit. Once the moon shifts into Virgo there might be a sudden mental awakening. You might wish to work on a project, clean, or do something that requires more effort and stamina. Pallas is sitting at the 29th degree of Capricorn, where it will be for the next couple days until it enters Aquarius on the 8th. This 29th degree creates a sense of urgency. You could feel intuitively connected and inspired to the utmost, or feel very frustrated if this is not the case. There are not really any in-betweens. Any tension in this area should release by Tuesday.
