Weekly Forecast: 4/11/22 through 4/17/22

Monday, April 11th ~ We begin with the moon trining Chiron at 1:21am and squaring Uranus at 2:25am EST. We release blocks and allow for more room to grow, much like an ivy trailing up a trellis. Spontaneous decisions lead us down a path of healing. Saturn squares the North Node at 10:30am EST, a transit which has been building over the past week and will continue to be felt for the next week or so. This makes us feel quite serious about our destiny. We may experience some pressure to level up and take responsibility for our lives, but this comes with a sense of uncertainty. Thankfully the harsher vibrations of this transit are softened by the upcoming Jupiter/Neptune conjunction, currently building and perfecting tomorrow. It is hard to hold onto too much negativity if one leans into this transit. The Sun and Moon trine today at 7:00pm EST, ushering in the moon's Waxing Gibbous phase. This is a time of hope and optimism. Momentum builds and excitement grows. The moon squares the North Node at 8:43pm and opposes Saturn at 8:50pm EST. While the Saturn transits for the day brought some confusion regarding large goals and life purpose, the moon reminds us to follow our heart rather than holding tight to what we believe others expect from us. True success comes from following your own unique passion and living a life as authentic to you as possible.

Tuesday, April 12th ~ The Leo moon opposes Mars at 6:16am EST, amping up energy and making us feel quite restless and excitable. The moon is void of course from 6:17am until 10:07am EST when it enters Virgo. This void period is a playful window to enjoy yourself in. Once the moon is in Virgo, we become more focused and quietly locked into whatever task we undertake. The big transit for the day (and year really!) comes as Jupiter and Neptune meet in conjunction in Pisces at 10:42am EST. This transit only occurs every 13 years, and the planets have not met in Pisces since 1856. This is a powerful, cosmic transit that brings deepened intuition, heightened inner knowing, and telepathic connections that zap back and forth between attuned souls. This is a potent time of manifestation. You can learn more by listening to my @piscesrisingpodcast episode about this conjunction. The moon goes on to trine Mercury at 4:54pm, which brings clarity of mind and smoother communication. The Sun and Saturn sextile one another to close out the day at 8:14pm EST, which allows for disciplined action and the ability to accomplish goals in a harmonious, easeful manner.

Wednesday, April 13th ~ Today is relatively simple astrologically, with Monday's Saturn/North Node square and yesterday's Jupiter/Neptune conjunction still palpable. These energies are quite karmic and cosmic in nature, and connect us to higher planes of being and wider possibilities here in this realm, provided we can let go of limiting thoughts and beliefs. The moon opposes Venus at 1:27am EST which brings the attention to relationships that appear to be holding us back. This could be as simple as just noticing areas that need to be addressed or healed in present relationships. The moon trines Uranus at 11:15am EST, which shakes up old foundations and brings change. We may feel like altering our surroundings in some manner in the hour or two which follow this transit.

Thursday, April 14th ~ The day starts with the moon in Virgo, trining the North Node at 3:53am, opposing Neptune at 6:10am and opposing Jupiter at 6:48am EST. This series of transits rides the wave of the heightened Jupiter/Neptune energy, and gives us a more personal experience of its intuitive gifts. You might be able to sense subtle shifts today and pick up on unspoken feelings and words in those around you. The moon trines Pluto at 2:11pm EST and is then void of course until it enters Libra at 4:45pm EST. Observation increases and no small detail is missed. As the moon ingresses Libra, we feel a bit more playful and social. Mars enters Pisces later on at 11:05pm EST, where it will be until May 24th. Joining Jupiter and Neptune in this watery sign, Mars gives energy and passion to the spiritual side of life. We may choose to act on impulses and gut feelings during this time, and will have more stamina when it comes to practices like meditation, lucid dreaming, moon rituals, etc. We will feel quietly motivated to work on higher goals that impact our psyche and subconscious.

Friday, April 15th ~ Today is very simple cosmically. The moon is in its bright phase in Libra, shifting toward Fullness (perfecting tomorrow). This brings a feeling of outward curiosity and the need to expend energy. The moon opposes Chiron at 3:41pm EST. Chiron, the wounded healer, represents those parts of ourselves that have been blocked off due to fear, trauma, or guilt. This transit brings our attention to those things and allows us to address them so they can be reinvigorated and released, allowing for more flow in our lives. Because the moon is in cooperative Libra, it is likely that many of us will encounter these themes in social interactions and intimate relationships.

Saturday, April 16th ~ The Libra moon trines Saturn at 9:06am EST to start the day, giving us increased focus to achieve goals and handle what has been stacking up over the past week. While it can feel good to tackle these chores, remember to take a break around the Full Moon perfection at 2:55pm EST. This Full Moon in Libra brings external manifestations of intentions set back during Libra season last September/October. Most of these will have centered around romantic relationships and close friendships. This is a social moon that pulls us out of our shell and encourages sharing and mediation of conflicts. We are seeking out harmony on this Full Moon above all things. Listening to music which moves you is a great way to engage with this feeling. The moon squares Pluto at 5:56pm and is then void of course until 8:22pm EST when it enters Scorpio. We could feel jealous or possessive of those we care about. If you notice this coming up for you, try to journal out the feelings rather than putting them on someone else without examining them on your own first. The moon trines Mars at 10:54pm EST which increases physical energy and excitement. An enthusiastic air sweeps in around this time, increasing curiosity and the need to dig into it and see where it takes us.

Sunday, April 17th ~ The moon is in Scorpio all day, which can make us feel a bit private and protective of our feelings. The moon opposes Mercury at 6:43pm and trines Venus at 6:50pm EST. While we might not be ready to share every aspect of our inner world with others, we can still connect on a more creative, collaborative level that is almost telepathic in its expression. The moon opposes Uranus at 7:27pm EST which shakes us out of stagnation and can bring shifts in mood that shimmer in and out like a hologram. Grounding is important during this time. Get outside in nature, do some exercise, or meditate deeply on the body and its connection to the Earth below you. Mercury and Venus sextile one another at 9:09pm EST, a helpful transit for harmonic dance between loved ones and between artist and art. Ideas spill out and possibilities are generated with ease. We lock into a unique groove which connects us to higher cords of inspiration, spinning down from realms of finer vibration.
