Tuesday, February 27th ~ On Tuesday, February 27th, Mars moves into a square with Jupiter at 3:29am EST. Mars transits are typically felt for around five days. We started to feel this building in the weekend and will continue to feel it taper off through Thursday or Friday. Spirits run high with this aspect, and our optimism grows. We are more ready to say yes to projects, ideas, and plans, but run the risk of pushing ourselves too far and spreading ourselves too thin. We can feel extremely confident in our abilities, but the square creates some friction which can result in overcompensation and arrogance. It's best to not make too many promises this week, and take a moment before agreeing to do something to weigh if you can truly pull it off. It's better to set the bar of expectations lower and pleasantly surprise yourself and others if you can move beyond it.

Throughout the course of the day, the Sun, Mercury, and Saturn all meet up in conjunction in the sign of Pisces. The Sun and Mercury meet first at 3:42am, and then Mercury skates ahead to meet up with Saturn at 10:07am. The Sun makes it to this point at 4:25pm EST and conjuncts Saturn. This combination of energy is powerful and potent. The Sun and Mercury's meeting helps for flashes of insight, and ideas to enter into the mind. This is an inventive and innovative transit which can help us solve problems, activating the mental space. Saturn's influence brings more of a sobering, focused effect. We might get lost in contemplating a single problem, or find we want to do nothing but research a topic of interest all day. We might strain our minds further than is comfortable. This group of planets can help us get financial issues figured out, and is useful for saving money and developing a plan in that realm.

This is a gentle and pleasant aspect which encourages conversation and flowing, natural communication. We feel curious and uplifted under this transit. A little later in the day, Venus sextiles the North Node of the moon at 9:17am EST. This is a positive relationship transit that brings helpful connections into our lives. We may meet someone who will be integral in the next chapter of our lives, or maybe find that our interactions with those around us gently pushes us toward positive change. Today's transits are quite pleasant overall and provide a good container for growth, friendship, and romance to unfold.
Friday, March 1st ~ The positive transits of yesterday continue over into today, Friday, March 1st. The day begins with the Sun in Pisces sextiling Jupiter in Taurus at 7:14am EST. This is a transit which encourages generosity, charitability, and helpfulness in the world. Many will be drawn to uplift those around them through humor, acts of kindness, and creatively inspiring them. A couple hours later, Venus in Aquarius sextiles Chiron in Aries at 9:57am EST. This allows for gentle healing to come through our relationships. We may be more open and vulnerable with those around us. There will be more opportunity to focus on friendships and partnerships that encourage us to be the best version of self we can be. While yesterday and today's transits are quite positive, the moon is making a series of squares and oppositions today as it transits Scorpio. This can definitely impact those who are more sensitive to lunar shifts.
